Josh Pollack is a strategic retail advisor and accomplished consultant with more than 25 years of experience driving results for leading retailers and brands across North America. As the founder of Pollack Retail Solutions, Josh helps clients solve complex challenges in pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and enterprise technology — drawing on a deep foundation in multichannel merchandising, marketing, and retail operations.
Josh began his career in merchandising and planning at Circuit City, Limited Brands, and Walmart, where he held leadership roles across buying, inventory, and corporate strategy. He later became a trusted advisor to executives across the retail spectrum, guiding engagements in grocery, apparel, home décor, general merchandise, convenience, and discount retail. Known for his expertise in pricing and promotions strategy, Josh has led numerous technology evaluations and implementations, helping clients modernize systems and transform decision-making through data and AI.
A frequent speaker and writer on retail strategy, Josh brings a practical, merchant-driven perspective to today's fast-evolving landscape.
