About Josh Pollack

Josh is an innovative and dynamic merchant, consultant, and strategic leader with 25+ years of experience in multichannel retail, marketing, and retail management consulting. Josh began his retail career as an executive in Buying before moving to Planning, Inventory Management, and Corporate Strategy for major retailers including Circuit City, Limited Brands, and Walmart. Over his career, he has become a recognized expert in the field of retail pricing and promotions, advising clients on strategy, processes, and systems as well as overseeing multiple software selections and implementations. Josh has worked across most verticals in retail consulting, including grocery, fashion apparel, general merchandise, home décor, discount, and convenience.

Josh is a trained and accomplished public speaker, as well as a passionate scuba diver, decent mountain biker, and mediocre skier.
